Le 08-07-2026, le tribunal Rotterdam chargé la liquidation judiciaire de Imtech Industrial Services B.V. a publié la rectification suivante. betreft F.10/15/641: Imtech Industrial Services B.V.: Ingeval er verzet ex artikel 185, lid 1 Fw (oud)) wordt ingesteld zijn de rechters-commissarissen voornemens te bepalen dat het verzet op 30 juli 2026 te 14:00 uur zal worden behandeld en dat de ingediende vorderingen daaraan voorafgaand op 28 juli 2026 te 15:30 uur zullen worden geverifieerd (artikel 186, lid 1 Fw (oud)).

De mondelinge verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling op 21 juli 2026 om 11:00 uur in de surséance van betaling van Noor Groningen V.O.F. (S.18/26/1202) zal geen doorgang vinden. De mondelinge verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling zal thans worden gehouden op 24 augustus 2026 om 11:00 uur.

Le 11-06-2026, le tribunal Den-Haag chargé la liquidation judiciaire de Hotel Lowietje Lisse B.V. a publié la rectification suivante. betreft F.09/23/164: bepaalt dat de vereenvoudigde afwikkeling als bedoeld in artikel 137a Fw wordt gewijzigd en dat het faillissement wordt opgeheven wegens gebrek aan baten overeenkomstig artikel 16 Fw.
Le 11-06-2026, le tribunal Oost-Brabant chargé la liquidation judiciaire de Van Der Leegte Werkt B.V. a publié la rectification suivante. betreft F.01/26/121: Abusievelijk is vermeld dat mr. F.A.R. Verhaegh tot 2e rechter-commissaris is benoemd. Dit is niet juist. Tot rechter-commissaris is benoemd mr. S.C.E.F. Moulen Janssen.

Er heeft een tussentijdse uitdeling plaats gevonden welke 1 mei 2026 verbindend is geworden.

Krov B.V, F.05/25/266 is op 24 april gepubliceerd dat vanaf 15 mei 2026 de slotuitdelingslijst ter inzage ligt, dit is onjuist. Er volgt een nieuwe uitdelingslijst.

Dit moet zijn op 7 april 2026 heeft de tussentijdse verificatievergadering plaatsgevonden.
