On 29-04-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Abc Zonnepanelen B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/25/123: Op 28-04-2025 is gepubliceerd dat het faillissement van rechtswege door tussentijdse beëindiging schuldsanering in cassatie is uitgesproken. Echter is dit onjuist. Het faillissement is uitgesproken na beëindiging surseance.
On 23-04-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Pupaprec B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/13/776: Abusievelijk is op 14 april 2025 gepubliceerd dat het faillissement op 24 maart 2025 is geëindigd door het verbindend worden van de uitdelingslijst. Echter is het faillissement op 11 april 2025 geëindigd door het verbindend worden van de uitdelingslijst.

In Liquidatie published the following rectification. betreft F.05/25/149: In de uitspraak F.05/25/149 van 8 april jl. staat vermeld Qxalis Vorden B.V. in liquidatie, dit moet zijn Oxalis Vorden B.V. in liquidatie.
On 26-03-2025, the district court Oost-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Van Der Pol Groothandel Motoronderdelen En Accessoires B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.01/23/233: Per abuis is gepubliceerd dat het faillissement is beëindigd door verbindende uitdelingslijst na verzet op 21 maart 2025. Dit moet zijn dat het faillissement is beëindigd door verbindende uitdelingslijst op 21 maart 2025.
On 06-02-2025, the district court Noord-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Hnl Ferry Terminal B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.18/23/126: De vastgestelde schriftelijke verificatievergadering op 27 februari 2025 in het faillissement van HNL Ferry Terminal B.V. (F.18/23/126) gaat niet door. De verificatievergadering zal thans schriftelijk worden gehouden op 17 april 2025.
