On 07-01-2026, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Mag Trans B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/24/290: Per abuis is de verkeerde datum opgevoerd, 5 december 2025 moet zijn 5 januari 2026.
On 30-12-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Evodos B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/22/194: Abusievelijk is op 25 november 2025 gepubliceerd dat de uitdelingslijst per 15 november 2025 ter inzage is komen te liggen. Er heeft namelijk geen uitdelingslijst ter inzage gelegen.
On 23-12-2025, the district court Gelderland regarding the bankruptcy of Monitair B.V. published the following rectification. In de voorlopige surseance van betaling van MonitAir B.V., 25/14 S, zal de crediteurenvergadering worden gehouden op dinsdag 3 maart 2026 om 9:30 uur
On 19-12-2025, the district court Noord-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Grandcafé Bij De Kerk published the following rectification. betreft F.18/25/126: De mondelinge verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling op 22 december 2025 om 9:30 uur in het faillissement van Grandcafé Bij de Kerk V.O.F. (F.18/25/126) zal geen doorgang vinden. De verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling zal op een nader te bepalen datum worden gehouden.

On 09-12-2025, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Dvr Solutions B.V. published the following rectification. S.16/25/16 DVR SOLUTIONS B.V.; dit faillissement is overgedragen naar de rechtbank Gelderland, locatie Zutphen
On 09-12-2025, the district court Gelderland regarding the bankruptcy of Q&Q Business B.V. published the following rectification. In de voorlopige surseance van betaling van Q & Q Business B.V., 25/13 S, zal de crediteurenvergadering worden gehouden op dinsdag 6 januari 2026 om 11:30 uur

On 14-11-2025, the district court Oost-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Design Garments B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.01/24/124: De verificatievergadering op 25 november 2025 zal pro forma plaatsvinden.
On 11-11-2025, the district court Noord-Holland regarding the bankruptcy of Bakkerij Gutter B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.15/23/123: In het faillissement van Bakkerij Gutter B.V. zal de verificatievergadering op 18 december 2025 te 11.45 uur plaatsvinden zonder akkoordbehandeling.
On 07-11-2025, the district court Noord-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Milieu Cleaning Services B.V. published the following rectification. De mondelinge verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling op 6 november 2025 om 10:00 uur in de surséance van betaling van Milieu Cleaning Services B.V. (S.18/25/8) heeft geen doorgang gevonden. De verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling zal op een latere datum worden gehouden.
On 05-11-2025, the district court Gelderland regarding the bankruptcy of Pureps B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.05/24/86: In het faillissement van PUREPS B.V. met insolventienummer F.05/24/86 is per abuis gepubliceerd, dat het faillissement vereenvoudigd wordt afgewikkeld. Dit is echter niet juist.
On 04-11-2025, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Energiek B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/13/762: De pro forma verificatievergadering van 3 november 2025 zal worden verplaatst naar maandag 15 december 2025 om 15:00 uur.
On 31-10-2025, the district court Noord-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Bouwbedrijf Leenstra Gaastmeer B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.17/21/41: Per abuis is in de slotuitdelingslijst die gepubliceerd is op 8 september jl. een fout geslopen. De juiste slotuitdelingslijst ligt ter inzage van 18 november 2025 t/m 27 november 2025
