On 29-04-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Abc Zonnepanelen B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/25/123: Op 28-04-2025 is gepubliceerd dat het faillissement van rechtswege door tussentijdse beëindiging schuldsanering in cassatie is uitgesproken. Echter is dit onjuist. Het faillissement is uitgesproken na beëindiging surseance.
On 23-04-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Pupaprec B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/13/776: Abusievelijk is op 14 april 2025 gepubliceerd dat het faillissement op 24 maart 2025 is geëindigd door het verbindend worden van de uitdelingslijst. Echter is het faillissement op 11 april 2025 geëindigd door het verbindend worden van de uitdelingslijst.
On 23-04-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Halters Onroerend Goed B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/17/404: Per abuis is gepubliceerd dat in onderhavig faillissement de (slot)uitdelingslijst vanaf 5 mei 2025 voor de duur van tien dagen ter inzage ter griffie van deze rechtbank zal worden gelegd. De (slot)uitdelingslijst in onderhavig faillissement zal vanaf 12 mei 2025 voor de duur van tien dagen ter inzage ter griffie van deze rechtbank worden gelegd.
