On 13-05-2026, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Stichting Ninel published the following rectification. betreft F.16/23/439: In tegenstelling tot het geen op 7 mei 2026 is gepubliceerd, is het faillissement niet beëindigd. Er heeft een tussentijdse uitdeling plaats gevonden welke 1 mei 2026 verbindend is geworden.

Krov B.V, F.05/25/266 is op 24 april gepubliceerd dat vanaf 15 mei 2026 de slotuitdelingslijst ter inzage ligt, dit is onjuist. Er volgt een nieuwe uitdelingslijst.
On 12-05-2026, the district court Rotterdam regarding the bankruptcy of Sqitt Strategie En Ontwikkeling B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.10/24/432: In het faillissement van Sqitt strategie en ontwikkeling B.V. is ten onrechte vermeld dat het faillissement vereenvoudigd wordt afgewikkeld.
