This auction contains biopharmaceutical machinery from A-brands such as Cytiva, Syntegon and Sartorius will go under the hammer in its entirety: Batavia Biomanufacturing will end its business activities at the Robert Boyleweg 7 location in the Leiden Bio Science Park. The facility was set up for the development and production of biological medicines for pharma and biotech companies, with a focus on vaccines, viral vectors and other biologics – including process development, scale-up towards GMP production and the manufacture of clinical and commercial batches. Through this auction, an almost complete biopharmaceutical production facility will become available: from aseptic filling line and bioreactors to clean rooms, laboratory and QC equipment, utilities and facility inventory. Remarkable: some of the equipment offered has only gone through water trial runs. Most installations are from the 2022-2025 construction year. The auction closes October 7, 2026.
